Basic Muscle-Testing (Psycho-Kinesiology)
This 2-person technique lets you access the body’s universal access to truth to get a “Yes” or “No” answer to any question using a partner. Sometimes it’s easier said than done. It can be a challenge to get a clear reading, or even to formulate the right question, especially for the beginner. We will pair you up with someone to practice with.
A more refined process that is extremely helpful in making solid decisions when you don’t have the luxury of being with a partner. Several Self-Testing methods will be demonstrated and 2 will be taught and practiced in class.

The Enneagram in Business- Type 8 The Challenger.
The Power Of Self Discovery
If you are familiar with the Enneagram Personality Types you might find this interesting in seeing how these personality types are in business. I find the Enneagram to be an excellent test, and it is proven to be 89% accurate. When I found out what my personality type was I felt very relieved. Although I am a very compassionate person, the idea of having to submit, or have to work for someone has always been painful for me. I was thinking if there was something wrong with me. The enneagram has helped me gain insight of what my fears and strengths are, and now I am aware of situations that may trigger that feeling, and have more control over my reactions without having to feel guilty. Learning more about yourself allows you to be proactive rather than reactive. I will be teaching an Enneagram workshop in September in Tustin, CA. As you can see I am a Personality Type 8-The Challenger, it might be a surprise for people to see how a Psychotherapist can be a Type 8. That is important to see the different levels of each type, now hopefully I am in the healthy realm, but if not then I would not function well in the healing field. This allows me to have compassion and not be influenced or affected by my client’s mental or mood state, and instead focus on creating positive results.

Powerful, commanding, and hard-driving. Dislike indecisiveness and indirectness, attracted to strength and strategic action.
Eights have a clear vision of what they want to accomplish and the willpower to make it happen. They make difficult decisions and see serious problems simply as challenges to be met, obstacles to be overcome. They want to be in control and find it difficult to delegate tasks or share leadership. They champion people, protecting and empowering them, but also can deteriorate into intimidation to get their way, making unnecessary enemies both within and outside the organization. At their best, they are magnanimous and generous, using their strength to improve others’ lives.
